Landtec now offers Municipal Lien Searches. For
decades, Landtec has been an industry leader
providing Land Surveying services to Florida’s Land
Title industry and we are now expanding our
research expertise to bring true one-stop shopping
availability to our customers.
This is no white label service. We currently staff
personnel with years of experience within the
municipal lien search industry and you will be
working with us directly. We will offer fully
integrated Municipal Lien Search capabilities into
our proprietary systems. SURPASS will enable
customers to place a single order for both Lien
Searches and Surveys as well as enjoy the same
online status, job history, and document retrieval
for their Lien Search orders as they have for their
Land Surveys.
And once our SURPASS upgrades are complete, customers will receive email notifications as each
section within the Lien Search is completed in order to get the earliest start on rectifying any issues
prior to closing. Once all lien search sections are complete, an easy to read summary cover page
containing all pertinent information will be sent by email along with all supporting documentation.
This final Lien Search report will also always be available online through our customer’s SURPASS
portal.
